Gracious God,

in the bright multi-coloured glory of Creation,

and the heartbeat rhythm of the seasons,

in the light of Christ we live,

our days and ways illuminated by your Spirit.

We bring our darknesses and our brightnesses –

all the shades and colours of our lives –

our winter, spring, summer, autumn

before you now in worship:

and we pray that as we seek to draw near to you,

we will know you near us and with us as we go.

In Jesus’ name we pray.
